ORDER & SHIPPING:
I have a question about my order, who do I reach out to?

If this is my first time ordering, do I get an ISO special?
Yes! Please feel free to use the code 'ISO2023' at checkout once you've been accepted as a wholesaler. The best part is that there is no minimum required!
Do you offer free shipping if we order a certain amount?
No, but we offer a flat shipping fee of $12.99 per case/per 7 lbs.
Processing and shipping time frame?
We want you to get your Springer order just as quickly as you do! We process orders in 24 - 48 hours. Transit time depends on your shipping location. Our 3PL is located centrally in Texas.
Do you ship out of the country?
Sadly we do not ship outside of the United States. However, we do have some options for our international buyers! You can either order from our Faire marketplace if you are in Canada, Europe or the Netherlands. We also have distributors in Asia and Australia. Please contact wholesale@springerpets.com for more information!
Do I get an order confirmation when I place an order?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation as well as a shipping notification with the tracking number once your order ships. If you do not see either of these emails come through, please reach out to us at wholesale@springerpets.com.

How do I access my wholesale account?
You can log in here! Once you login, you will be able to place your order. If you do not have an account, please submit an application or reach out to wholesale@springerpets.com to activate your login.
Can you provide E-Commerce assets?
Yes! We are happy to email them to you. Please send us an email.
Can you provide social media assets/posts?
We love when all our brand partners share our content. DM us on instagram (@springerpets) or email us at wholesale@springerpets.com so we can send it your way.
Is there a wholesale email newsletter I can sign up for?
Yes! You can sign up HERE on the bottom of the page to receive weekly social postings (& captions!), discounts, new product sneak peeks and more.
Do you have a worksheet with all of your product descriptions and prices? Yes, email wholesale@springerpets.com to request our product line sheet.
Do you offer training for our store employees? Great question! We love when our retailers take the extra step to learn more about our Springer items. We offer training videos that we're happy to send to you and your team.

Can I list your products on third party marketplaces like Amazon? No, our products cannot be listed on any third party marketplaces or websites. If you are listing our products online, the website must be connected to your brick and mortar store! Otherwise your listings are subject to removal by our brand protection company and buying privileges will be revoked.
How do I know my credit card information is not kept on file?
Our system does not keep your credit card information on file. Therefore, you will be able to securely check out and enter your own credit card information!
What if I want a sample of a bottle I’ve never ordered before. Can you send me one? Great question! Please reach out to wholesale@springerpets.com and we will provide you with a code for a sample. You will just be responsible for the shipping cost.
Do you offer a tester bottle for in store use?
Yes, we do! Please reach out to wholesale@springerpets.com and we will gladly send you a bottle sample with the word "Squeeze Me” imprinted on it.
